RFQ. BOQ. TENDER ENQUIRIES.

Request a Geotechnical Monitoring Quote

Send your project location, BOQ, drawings or monitoring specifications. We will review the technical scope and discuss suitable delivery and commercial arrangements.

PROJECT QUOTATIONS

Scope First. A More Useful Quotation.

Share the technical and commercial essentials and we can assess the appropriate instrumentation, investigation or monitoring work packages.

INFORMATION TO SEND

The Six Items That Make an RFQ Actionable

We can work from an early project brief or a developed tender package. Clear source information reduces ambiguity in the technical scope.

01

Location & stage

Country, site, development stage, access and key construction sequence.

02

BOQ & specifications

Item descriptions, quantities, approved standards and workmanship requirements.

03

Design information

Plans, monitoring points, ground records, relevant sections and asset constraints.

04

Monitoring requirements

Parameters, frequency, trigger levels, baseline, automation and reporting.

05

Schedule

Tender closing time, planned start, mobilisation windows and expected duration.

06

Commercial boundaries

Scope splits, local site obligations, supply terms and proposed contracting parties.

SELECT THE RIGHT PACKAGE

Technical Work Packages We Can Review

The right quotation may cover one specialist activity or a coordinated package across several disciplines.

PackageTypical scopeUseful documents
Instrumentation & MonitoringInstrument supply, layout review, installation coordination, manual/automated readings, data QA/QCI&M specifications, BOQ, location plan, monitoring matrix
Soil InvestigationBorehole programme, in-situ tests, sampling, groundwater observations and testing coordinationSI scope, borehole positions, previous GI, target depths
Geophysical SurveyAppropriate subsurface survey method and interpretation for a defined engineering questionSite plan, target depth, objectives, obstructions
Survey & Structural MonitoringPrecise levelling, deformation survey, tilt, crack, vibration or movement readingsAsset inventory, baseline, control requirements
Engineering Review & ReportingMonitoring data diagnostics, technical assessment and tailored reportingSample dataset, baseline, trigger scheme, relevant drawings

AVOID UNEXPECTED EXCLUSIONS

Clarify Deliverables Before Mobilisation

A useful proposal separates supply, field execution and technical interpretation so that cost and responsibility can be compared fairly.

01

Scope and assumptions

Confirm measured parameters, quantity basis, site conditions and access.

02

Equipment and installation

Distinguish hardware supply from drilling, grouting, civil access and commissioning.

03

Reading and reporting

Define baseline, monitoring frequency, report content and review authority.

04

Local arrangements

Identify permits, qualified parties, transport, taxation and invoicing responsibilities.

05

Commercial proposal

Set exclusions, programme, change control, pricing basis and payment terms.

Quotation availability, pricing and schedule are determined after project information is reviewed; this page does not constitute an offer.

SCOPING OPTIONS

From Tender-Ready BOQ to Early-Stage Discussion

TENDER

Detailed RFQ

You already have plans, specifications and a closing date. Identify mandatory schedule, approved brands or alternatives and document format.

PRE-TENDER

Budgetary enquiry

You need an indicative work package. Explain design stage, provisional quantities, risks and intended procurement route.

TECHNICAL

Scope development

You need to choose instruments, monitoring zones or an investigation method. State the engineering questions and available baseline information.

EMAIL YOUR PROJECT

Send Your RFQ to info@geoue.com

Attach available drawings and BOQ to your own email. If the files are large or confidential, contact us first to agree a suitable transfer method.

Suggested email subject: RFQ – Project Name – Country – Service

Include your tender deadline and a reply contact. For cross-border projects, the proposal will specify the relevant contracting and local field responsibilities.

RFQ QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Can GEOUE quote for supply only?
Yes. We can discuss instrument and accessory supply independently from site works where the technical requirements and delivery location are clear.
Can you quote a complete I&M package?
Integrated packages can be assessed, subject to project location, suitably qualified field delivery resources and a defined scope.
Is there a guaranteed quotation turnaround?
No fixed response or delivery period is represented here. Timing depends on complexity, documents, procurement requirements and local coordination.
Can your team review an existing monitoring specification?
Technical scope review may be discussed, including instrument choices, monitoring frequency, reporting and QA/QC deliverables.
Does submitting an RFQ create a contract?
No. Commercial scope, contractual entity, exclusions, pricing, programme and terms are set out separately in a formal proposal.

READY TO DISCUSS
